1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Consulting Services
Akash Business Consulting provides advisory and implementation services across software, data, cloud and business operations. The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for each engagement are documented in a separate proposal or statement of work.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely access to relevant information, decision-makers, systems and resources reasonably required to execute the engagement. Delays or omissions may impact timelines and outcomes.
4. Fees and Payments
Professional fees are quoted in the applicable engagement proposal. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 15 days. Late payments may attract reasonable late-payment charges and may suspend ongoing work.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public business and technical information exchanged during the engagement. Confidential information will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the services.
6. Intellectual Property
Deliverables produced specifically for the client become the client's property upon full payment, except for pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates and know-how, which remain the property of Akash Business Consulting.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement during the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Service Modifications
We may update our service offerings, pricing and methodology from time to time. Active engagements continue to be governed by the terms agreed in the relevant proposal.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice as defined in the relevant proposal. The client remains responsible for fees and expenses incurred up to the effective termination date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
